Located in the Mira Maia Shopping, this hospital represents another DFS AVAC project in the healthcare sector, characterized by the highest standards and record-time execution. The building includes an entrance hall with reception and waiting areas, consulting rooms for various specialties (ophthalmology, urology, cardiology, and dermatology), examination rooms for ultrasound, mammography, MRI, CT scan, and X-ray, as well as collection, recovery, and treatment rooms. It also comprises two operating theaters, a Preparation and Outpatient Care Unit (UPCA), and a gastroenterology room. The support areas cover technical zones, pantry, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, storage, and cleaning areas, ensuring the full operation of the hospital unit.
The hospital’s air conditioning and ventilation are ensured by fan coils, chillers, air handling units, fans, and split systems, all integrated into a centralized technical management system. The technical network also includes PPR piping and ductwork, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and environmental comfort throughout all areas.
