Office building with LEED Gold certification, where strategies and standards for maximum sustainability have been applied. Among the numerous spaces, the standout features include a magnificent reception, cafeteria, meeting rooms, open-plan offices, auditorium, dining hall, canteen, kitchen, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities.
The air renewal in the building is carried out using fresh air handling units. Centralized climate control is ensured through Reversible Heat Pumps with heat recovery for the production of chilled and heated water. To ensure occupant comfort inside the building, four-pipe fan coil units were installed, responsible for thermal correction. Domestic hot water (DHW) is produced using 100% renewable sources such as heat pumps, solar thermal, and heat recovery. All control and sustainability functions are managed by the Centralized Technical Management System, optimizing the investment with a strong focus on LEED Certification. In addition to HVAC systems, smoke control systems were installed, consisting of smoke dampers, fans, and smoke extractors.
