The building’s thermal production system comprises two high-efficiency chillers, enabling the simultaneous heating and cooling of different spaces. Additionally, it includes two 900 kW boilers, ensuring an effective response to the hotel’s thermal demands.
Climate control, ventilation, and air renewal across various spaces, including guest rooms, restaurants, and event halls, are provided by 15 air handling units (AHUs), 60 fans, and 200 fan coil units. Efficient air distribution is achieved through approximately 8,000 m² of ductwork, ensuring comfort and high indoor air quality throughout the hotel.
