CIDIFAD

This is a national and international avant-garde project, whose main objective is to provide a community experience, and which aims at differentiated intervention adjusted to the specificities of the different stages of the dementia process. The development of CIDIFAD is based on the possibility of achieving a greater number of diagnoses, betting on research, through a partnership with the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar – University of Porto, in the training of formal and informal caregivers and in monitoring to people with dementia.
