Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Cascais, the Giesta Villas development consists of a set of eight T4+1 detached family homes, combining contemporary architecture with high standards of comfort and energy efficiency.
DFS AVAC was responsible for the full implementation of the air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems, delivering technical solutions that ensure comfort and sustainability in each home. The adopted air conditioning system is based on VRV technology, providing precise and efficient thermal control, while DHW is supplied by a heat pump tank in combination with a drain-back solar system, allowing for the use of renewable energy and reduced energy consumption.
Indoor comfort and air quality are further enhanced by the installation of heat recovery units, which ensure continuous air renewal, and by electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, providing uniform and pleasant warmth. Ventilation of wet areas is complemented by dedicated extraction systems, ensuring a healthy and balanced environment.
