The staircases are pressurized on the upper and lower levels, with two manually activated smoke vents also installed.
The common areas are conditioned by two VRF systems, with fresh air treated by an air handling unit with heat recovery. In the common kitchen, fresh air is supplied by a split system connected to a UTAN, while smoke and odor extraction is achieved through 12 individual hoods with motorized dampers, connected to an extraction fan.
The main technical area is located on the roof, comprising two heat pumps and solar panels responsible for domestic hot water production, stored in six tanks with a total capacity of 12,000 liters, complemented by two solar tanks of 3,000 liters each, installed on level -1. On the same level, the parking area is equipped with mechanical ventilation, provided by extraction and supply fans.
DFS HVAC was also responsible for the implementation of the Centralized Technical Management System (CTMS), integrating the HVAC, electrical, and water systems to ensure efficient, safe, and fully centralized operation.
