RIO MIREAR – Parque dos Cisnes Development

The air conditioning of the units is provided by direct expansion systems with wall-mounted indoor units. Domestic hot water is heated using heat pumps, ensuring high energy efficiency throughout the project. To guarantee maximum comfort, mechanical ventilation has been implemented for the exhaust of all sanitary facilities and kitchen hoods. Additionally, a smoke extraction system has been installed on the four lower floors designated for parking.
