A VRV system, with 236 terminal units and 22 outdoor units, ensures precise climate control in the rooms, supported by over 13 air handling units and 82 fans to guarantee superior air quality. The system combines 180 kW of boiler capacity, a 218 kW heat pump, and 18,000 liters of hot water storage, complemented by 69 solar panels for enhanced sustainability. For the indoor pool, a dedicated heat pump and a dehumidification system maintain the ideal water temperature and air comfort.
