Located in the Canidelo area of Vila Nova de Gaia, with dual views over the Douro River as it flows into the Atlantic Ocean, Le Parc rises as a residential building comprising 60 apartments, ranging from T2 to T4 layouts. Designed with a contemporary and innovative approach, the development features a swimming pool, a padel court, and a private garden.

The apartments’ climate control is provided by direct expansion systems with wall-mounted indoor units. Domestic hot water is heated through heat pumps, ensuring high energy efficiency throughout the development. To maximize comfort, a mechanical ventilation system has been implemented to extract air from all bathrooms. In addition, a smoke extraction system has been installed on the two lower floors designated for parking.
