Located in the renovated building of the former “Varina” Canning Factory, the new Pathology and Clinical Analysis Laboratory “IMP Diagnostics” is now operational. The solutions were designed to provide the development with the necessary mechanical installations and equipment to ensure thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and proper operation in accordance with the technical standards for this type of facility and the applicable legislation.

This laboratory extends over three floors, with a usable construction area of approximately 2,300 m². The laboratory areas are mainly located on the ground floor, along with the main common areas, while the upper floor houses the office spaces, the molecular biology area, and the reception and sample intake area. The basement contains the parking, archive area, technical rooms, and general changing facilities.
