Located in the heart of Parque das Nações, one of Lisbon’s most iconic and sought-after areas, Distrikt Homes stands out as one of the city’s most ambitious residential projects. Comprising 214 apartments, ranging from studios to T1–T4 units, and set within a gated community featuring a swimming pool, gardens, commercial spaces, and a wide range of services, this complex blends modernity, functionality, and quality of life in a prime location.

The building’s technical infrastructure demonstrates a strong commitment to energy efficiency and resident comfort. The system includes 670 fan coil units, 214 domestic hot water tanks supported by 166 solar panels, 86 exhaust fans, 180 smoke extraction dampers, 214 kitchen hoods, 397 hydraulic towel rails, and 428 enthalpy meter niches. The technical network spans approximately 40,400 meters of piping and 8,500 m² of ducts, ensuring efficient distribution of heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water throughout the building.

The scale and technical complexity of the infrastructure are impressive. The project included the installation of 670 fan coil units, 214 domestic hot water tanks powered by 166 solar panels, 86 exhaust fans, 180 smoke extraction dampers, 397 hydraulic towel rails, 428 enthalpy meter niches, and 214 kitchen hoods. The technical network extends over approximately 40,400 meters of piping and around 8,500 m² of ducts, ensuring efficient management of heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water production throughout the building.
